Domin'o

Domin'O is for people who do not feel completely comfortable in the water. If putting your head under water or moving far from the edge in shallow or deep water is difficult or impossible, then this concept is for you!

The goal of this program is to build aquatic autonomy in order to eliminate all apprehensions related to water.

With its personalized setting and progressive accompaniment, Domin'O allows everyone to achieve the goal they have set for themselves.

We offer a weekly Domin'O session (excluding French school holidays). This is included in the Aquasport subscription. It costs €16 for non-subscribers.

During the period from June to September 2023, the Domin'O session will take place on Saturday mornings at 9am.
